Job Description
TalentVibe is partnering with a leading litigation firm to identify a skilled FLSA Litigation Attorney to join their mission-driven legal team. Our client is nationally recognized for representing employees in wage and hour class and collective actions under the FLSA and state wage laws. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney passionate about advocating for workers’ rights and making a meaningful impact in high-profile cases.
Responsibilities
- Litigate FLSA collective and Rule 23 class actions from intake through resolution
- Conduct fact investigations and client interviews in partnership with the intake team
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and pretrial submissions
- Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and represent clients in court
- Develop and analyze damages models with expert consultants
- Lead mediation, negotiation, and strategic settlement discussions
- Contribute to firm visibility through thought leadership (articles, CLEs, webinars, etc.)
Requirements
- J.D. and active bar admission in good standing (multi-state admission preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience litigating FLSA and/or state wage and hour cases
- Strong background in collective certification, class certification, and motion practice
- Exceptional legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proven work ethic
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
- Commitment to ethical, client-focused advocacy
